Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Beautician at BeautyTreat, you will be an essential part of our team, delivering bespoke beauty services directly to our esteemed clients' luxury villa accommodations. Your role is vital in creating a memorable and rejuvenating experience for our clients during their stay in Marbella. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Performing a range of beauty services, including but not limited to facials, manicures, pedicures, and massages, using your expertise and skills to ensure exceptional quality.

  • Adhering to BeautyTreat's high service standards and attention to detail to ensure each treatment exceeds client expectations.

​​

  • Carrying out treatments discreetly and professionally, respecting client privacy and maintaining the utmost confidentiality.

​

  • Providing a warm, friendly, and courteous demeanor that contributes to the overall positive experience of our clients.

​

  • Being punctual for scheduled appointments, efficiently managing your time to accommodate client bookings while maintaining the highest level of service.

​

  • Ensuring you are well-presented and maintaining a professional appearance at all times, representing the BeautyTreat brand effectively.

​

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, both in the villa and in your personal equipment and supplies.

​

  • Upholding excellent communication skills, ensuring you understand client preferences and expectations, and adapting your services accordingly.

​

  • Collaborating with the BeautyTreat team to coordinate appointments, manage scheduling, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

 

  • Autónomo status (self-employed) in Spain.

  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in beauty therapy and/or aesthetics.

  • Permanent residency in Marbella, ensuring accessibility to client villa locations.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle for transportation.

  • Possession of high-quality equipment and supplies necessary to perform beauty services at a luxury standard.

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanor, respecting client confidentiality.

  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.

  • Fluent English language skills to effectively communicate with clients and the BeautyTreat team. 

  • Proven punctuality and time management skills to maintain smooth appointment scheduling.

  • Flexibility to accommodate client appointments, which may include evenings and weekends.
